I too have worked in the service industry and it definitely helped to pay the bills where it was completely ethical.
That is what I love about Dollhouse, it makes us look at the situation from another perspective and for me I am not bothered about hiring another person so long as it is a act of free will and not for the purpose to deceive. Though I'm still pondering what the not to deceive means there can be situations where it would make sense and not do harm but I haven't figured out how to clearly delineate the differences.

I found it very interesting to hear you guys mention being uncomfortable with the idea of paying someone to clean for you. My Sister In Law actually cleans peoples' houses for a living, as did my step-mother-in-law until her asthma made it hard on her.
As for my SIL I'm not sure she got much advanced school, and I think that if it weren't for her cleaning job I'm not sure what kind of quality of life she'd have. But since she does clean houses, and is able to take her young son with her, she makes plenty of money and doesn't have to put most of it back into child care.
