Check out the video interview below with Bridget Regan & Craig Horner from Legend of the Seeker.  They answer three fan questions in the interview with hilarious results.

  1. Any good pranks on set?
  2. Would you date a Mord’Sith or a Confessor?
  3. Did you ever get to hug a sheep?

Witch would you rather date a Confessor or a Mord’Sith?  For the sake of the question put aside the dangers and lets presume male or female Confessors and Mord’Sith.

Legend Of The Seeker Season 2 Preview

August 19, 2009 in tv/series by Brian Logee

I can’t wait for Legend of The Seeker season 2 to air.  Watch the trailer above.  It looks like they may be folding in book two and three into this season.

From the trailer it looks like the script information we talked about in Legend of the Seeker Season 2 Premiere Episode Sneak Peek is more then likely true.  I’m looking forward to seeing a lot more about Mord-Sith and to find out more about the line of Rahl.

We know there is a tear in the veil leading right into the underworld.  The Skrin are attacking, and they look really good.  The Keeper of the Underworld is in play. The Stone of Tears is the only way to repair the veil.  Zedd: “He who possesses the stone will be able to repair the veil.”

The Wizards second rule:  Greatest harm can come from the best intentions.

Season two will air in syndication in the US on November 7th

Legend of the Seeker Season 2 and the Books

April 3, 2009 in Featured, Headline, tv/series by Eric

craig horner Legend of the Seeker Season 2 and the BooksIn an interview with Unification France, Craig Horner casts some doubt over whether Season 2 of the Legend of the Seeker will continue the story from book 2: The Stone of Tears.

The following is translated by Google Reader from the original french found at Unification France:

When asked what will be like season 2, Craig Horner plays Richard Cypher / The Seeker (the dowser) replied: “I do not know if they will follow the second book in the series (The Sword of Truth , Volume 2: The Stone of tears), because they have already used the 1st Volume, but also characters and stories of other volumes. Now that the series took the autonomy compared to the original, you can do what we want. “

While this is not a “Yes, we will be leaving the books behind,” but it is a little concerning.  I would hold the cast and crew would be in the loop regarding how much they will or will not follow the path set out in the novels.

I assume they will use the books as a source for characters and setting as well as the general twists and turns for each season’s plot arc.  That is essentially what they did with season 1.

I am just thrilled that to be speculating about season 2, and by the way, apparantly in french, Richard is the Dowser (le Sourcier).  That is kind of cool.

Richard & Kahlan – Wicked Game

March 30, 2009 in Fandom, Fanfilm, Music, tv/series by Eric

They used the HIM version of Wicked Game, but it matches the video of Richard and Kahlan.

In a lot of ways, this is a perfect way to think watch Richard and Kahlan as they play fates Wicked Game of unrequited love.

Note to the vidders out there:  I would love to see a Mistress Denna video to the original Chris Isaac song, or maybe Venus in Furs.  I would love to see that.

Legend of the Seeker – Your Guardian Angel

March 26, 2009 in Fandom, Fanfilm, Music, tv/series by Eric

I have never heard this song before, but I think I might have to buy it, watching Richard and Kahlan and thinking about them as the guardian angel does something for me.

The love story between Richard and Kahlan is one of the most touching on television today.  I am glad to see how it is effecting other people.

Richard and Kahlan: I’d Give Up Forever…

March 26, 2009 in Fandom, Fanfilm, Music, tv/series by Eric

I hate this song, but I love Legend of the Seeker.

This music video is a fantasy com true, using clips of Richard and Kahlan expressing their love for each other and repurposing clips from Revenant so we can see the two of them finally together.

This is an amazing video, and it makes me want to give my sweetie a big hug and kiss.  Well done.
