Good news everyone!

“The five stars — John DiMaggio, Billy West, Katey Sagal, Maurice LaMarche and Tress MacNeille — finally sealed pacts late Friday with 20th Century Fox TV to return to the show.the new episodes in mid-2010.”

This is great news for me I love Futurama and would be saddened if the staff of planet express did not sound like themselves.  Imagine the shock if a deep husky voice tried to tell the audience to “Bite my shiny metal ass.”  or say his most favored word “Pimpmobile”.

New episodes are planned to air mid-season 2010.

Great News everyone!  Comedy Central have ordered 26 new episodes of Futurama!

Futurama is one of my favorite shows, and the movies only served to remind me how much I needed more.  Now that the show is coming back, I am as giddy as Zoidberg catching a wiff of the stench of anchovies.

My only hope is, they will not retool the show or make any major changes that will screw it up.  My fingers are crossed.
